Cavities are a type of tooth decay that occur when specific types of bacteria produce acid that destroys the tooth’s enamel as well as the underlying layer, the dentin. According to a study published in the British Medical Journal, cavities and tooth decay can potentially be reversed with diet. The study divided 62 children with cavities into three diet groups. Group 1 ate a standard diet plus oatmeal, which is rich in phytic acid. Group 2 ate a normal diet and supplemented with Vitamin D, while Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and also took Vitamin D.
Researchers found that Group 1, who had a diet high in grains and phytic acid, had an increase in cavities. Group 2 showed improvements in cavities, while Group 3, who followed a grain-free diet with nutrient-rich foods and a Vitamin D supplement, saw the greatest improvements. Nearly all of the cavities in Group 3’s participants were healed.

Many doctors and dentists have backed the findings of this study, suggesting that diet can in fact help those suffering with cavities to reverse their tooth decay. While we’ve been led to believe that tooth decay occurs when foods containing sugars and starches are left on the teeth, this study shows there are more factors at work. According to Dr. Edward Mellanby, Dr. Weston Price and Dr. Ramiel Nagel, there are four main things that contribute to tooth decay:
  1. Lack of minerals in the diet (deficiencies of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus)
  2. Lack of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K)
  3. Too much consumption of phytic acid-rich foods
  4. Too much consumption of processed sugar

1. Remove Sugar

For decades, we have been told a lie, a lie that has led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans and the weakening of the immune systems of tens of millions more. This lie is called fluoridation. A process we were led to believe was a safe and effective method of protecting teeth from decay is in fact a fraud.  In the words of Dr. Robert Carton, former scientist for the EPA, “Fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud of this century, if not of all time.

The “Spin Machine” At Work

In the 1920s, aluminum manufacturing, due largely to the thriving canning industry, was booming. But it was also a big producer of toxic fluoride waste. The biggest dilemma was the cost to safely dispose of this hazardous waste, since it was extremely expensive. The industry had been marketing and selling their toxic waste (sodium fluoride) as an insecticide and rat poison, but they wanted a much larger market …humans. However, they had a minor roadblock.

In the October 1, 1944 Journal of the American Dental Association, the ADA warned that “the potentialities for harm (from fluoridation) far outweigh those for the good.” But in 1947, Oscar R. Ewing (a long-time ALCOA lawyer) was appointed head of the Federal Security Agency, a position that placed him in charge of the US Public Health Service. Under Ewing, a national water fluoridation campaign began.

The public relations strategist for the water fluoridation campaign was none other than Sigmund Freud’s nephew Edwin L. Bernays, known as the “Father of Spin.”  Bernays pioneered the application of Freud’s theories to advertising and government “half-truths.” In his book Propaganda, Bernays argued that scientific manipulation of public opinion is the key. He stated, “A relatively small number of persons pull the wires which control the public mind.”  The government’s fluoridation campaign was one of his most enduring successes.

Bernays’ techniques were simple. Pretend there is some favorable research by using phrases like “Numerous studies have shown…” or “Research has proven…” or “Scientific investigators have found…” but then never really cite anything. Say it long enough and loud enough, and eventually people will believe it. If anyone doubts or questions the lies, attack their character and/or their intellect.

 

But What About The “Studies”?

But weren’t there “scientific studies” that proved fluoride is safe? In the 1940s, scientists supposedly noted that people had better overall dental health – primarily fewer cavities – if they lived in areas where higher levels of fluorine occurred naturally. Since that time, the “studies” have come into question and there are serious concerns that much of the data was merely fabricated by scientists who had ties to companies that had a vested interest in selling fluoride. The fabrication of data in scientific studies is nothing new, especially when it comes to health. There are a number of companies who are designed to benefit from the poor health of the public.

Contrary to popular opinion, fluoride doesn’t stop tooth decay at all. Scientific studies actually prove that fluoride is neurotoxic and causes birth defects, and osteoporosis. Fluoride also damages the immune, digestive, and respiratory systems as well as the kidneys, liver, and brain and can lead to learning disabilities, including dyslexia, ADHD and autism.

In 2012, Harvard researchers reported that 26 of the 27 studies they reviewed found that childhood IQ decreased with increased fluoride concentrations. A 2006 report from the National Academy of Sciences reviewed hundreds of studies linking fluoridated drinking water to neurological damage, thyroid disorders, and … yes …. cancer.

In 1955, the New England Journal of Medicine reported a 400% increase in the number of thyroid cancer cases in the years after San Francisco’s water began to be fluoridated. In 1977, Congress instructed the U.S. Public Health Service to conduct animal studies to determine whether or not fluoride causes cancer. After analyzing the study results in rats, it was found that animals who drank fluoridated water showed an increase in tumors and cancers in oral squamous cells, developed a rare form of bone cancer called osteosarcoma, and showed an increased in thyroid follicular cell tumors.

The most significant finding was the occurrence of an extremely rare form of liver cancer, hepatocholangiocarcinoma in fluoride-treated male and female rats. Also in 1977, it was shown that fluoridation caused about 10,000 cancer deaths in epidemiological studies by Dr. Dean Burk, former head of the Cytochemistry Section at the National Cancer Institute and Dr. John Yiamouyiannis. Despite the findings occurring in 1977, they were not reluctantly released until 1989.

In 2006, at Harvard University, researchers identified a link between fluoride and osteosarcoma. The study, led by Dr. Elise Bassin and published online in Cancer Causes and Control (the official journal of the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention), found a strong link between fluoridated drinking water and osteocarcoma, a rare and often fatal bone cancer, in boys. The study confirms studies by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the New Jersey health department that also found increased rates of bone cancer in boys who drank fluoridated tap water. The findings confirmed those of a prior government study back in 1990 that involved fluoride-treated rats.

But There’s More…

Once inside your body, fluoride destroys your enzymes by changing their shape. Your body depends on thousands of enzymes to perform numerous cell reactions. Without enzymes, we would all be dead. Enzymes are sort of like a key that fits the locks inside your cells. However, once fluoride destroys the shape of the enzyme “key,” it no longer fits the lock and your body no longer recognizes the enzymes. These damaged enzymes can lead to collagen breakdown, DNA damage, tissue damage, and immune suppression.

In early 2010, two separate stories out of India reveal that children are being blinded and crippled partly as a result of fluoride being artificially added to their drinking water. In the Indian village of Gaudiyan, well over half of the population has bone deformities, making them physically handicapped. Children are born normally, but after they start drinking the fluoridated water, they begin to develop crippling defects in their hands and feet.

On April 12, 2010, Time Magazine listed fluoride as one of the “Top Ten Common Household Toxins” and described fluoride as both “neurotoxic and potentially tumorigenic if swallowed.”Truth be told, in almost every country in the world (including the USA), it’s against the law to “mass medicate” an entire population with a substance that everyone admits is toxic.
The fact that fluorides accumulate in the body is the reason that US law requires the Surgeon General to set a “maximum contaminant level” (MCL) for fluoride content in public water supplies as determined by the EPA. It boggles my mind that thousands of brainwashed dentists proudly proclaim fluoride to be the “wonder nutrient” that prevents cavities and promotes healthy teeth and gums. Let me ask you a question. How can a toxic waste product and a cumulative toxin be described as a “nutrient?”

Unfortunately, if you are a person who has the pleasure of living in a country in which English is the primary language, such as the United States, Great Britain, New Zealand, Australia or Canada, there is an overwhelming possibility that water fluoridation is common, as a part of an executive decision. This means that a decision has been made concerning your health without involving you in the process.

Out of the nearly 320 million people living in the U.S., approximately 72% of them are consuming fluoridated water on a consistent basis. According to the CDC, all 50 states add fluoride to their water supply.

What Can You Do?

Reverse osmosis is considered by most to be effective at removing fluoride from water. Fluoride salts tend to replace the iodine that thyroid glands need to function. Supplementing with food-grade iodine is vital. Supplementing with a high ratio of magnesium to calcium provides minerals that can help remove fluoride. Also, vitamin K2, extracted from nattokinase provides a defense against fluoride calcification in soft tissue organs such as the arteries and brain.

Oh yes, one more thing you can do is stop using fluoridated toothpaste. Have you ever read the labels? I suggest that you do so. In 1997, the FDA ordered toothpaste manufacturers to add a poison warning on all fluoride toothpastes sold in the U.S. The warning says to keep away from children. I wonder why. Perhaps it is because if an entire tube of toothpaste were ingested by a small child, the dosage would likely be fatal!

It also binds with calcium in the bloodstream and after heavy exposure over a period of days makes bones frail, even causing teeth to crumble.” Most folks never “connect the dots” between the tragic poisoning of these animals due to a natural event, and the poisoning of human beings through excessive fluoride exposure each and every day.

There are more than 500 peer reviewed studies documenting adverse effects of fluoride ranging from cancer to brain damage. And yet, municipalities throughout the USA actually purchase this product and then drip it into the public water supply. Dr. Charles G. Heyd, former President of the AMA, declares, “I am appalled at the prospect of using water as a vehicle for drugs. Fluoride is a corrosive poison that will produce serious effects on a long range basis. Any attempt to use water this way is deplorable.”

THIS LIE IS CALLED FLUORIDATION: The process of dripping fluoride into our municipal water supplies, which we were told was a safe and effective method of protecting our teeth from decay, but realistically, it is a deception of monumental proportions.

In the USA, the practice of adding sodium fluoride to your tap water began in the 1940’s, but this wasn’t the first time fluoride had been added to the water supply. USAF Major George R. Jordan testified before  the UN-American Activity committees of Congress in the 1950’s that in his post as USA-Soviet liaison officer (1930’s), the Soviets openly admitted to “using the fluoride in the water supplies in their concentration camps, to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient.
But isn’t fluoride good for your teeth? Contrary to popular opinion, fluoride doesn’t stop tooth decay at all and scientific studies have actually proven that fluoride causes dental fluorosis, brain damage, birth defects, and osteoporosis. If you use fluoridated toothpaste, check the warning label on the tube; it will shock you. The following warning is required an all fluoridated toothpaste by the FDA since April of 1997 due to the large number of calls to the Poison Control Centers for children who became acutely ill from ingested sodium fluoride:
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.






In his book, Fluoride, The Aging Factor, Dr. John Yiamouyiannis warns:
Fluoride is a poison! . . . it has been used as a pesticide for mice, rats and other small pests. A 10-pound infant could be killed by 1/100 of an ounce and a 100-pound adult could be killed by 1/10 of an ounce of fluoride.
In 1977, epidemiological studies by Dr. Dean Burk, former head of the US National Cancer Institute’s cell chemistry section, and Yiamouyiannis reported that fluoridation is linked to about 10,000 cancer deaths yearly.
Fluoride causes more human cancer, and causes it faster, than any other chemical . . . more people have died in the last 30 years from cancer connected with fluoridation than all the military deaths in the entire history of the United States.

Sodium fluoride inhibits enzyme activity, paralyzes white blood cells, and causes collagen to break down. Enzymes, the immune system, and collagen are all fundamental in fighting cancer. All in all, there are more than 500 peer-reviewed studies documenting the adverse effects of sodium fluoride ranging from cancer to brain damage.

However, in a supercilious manner that would make the Medical Mafia proud, Indian government doctors have denied that fluoridation of drinking water has any connection to the disabilities and have refused to test the water, insisting such tests are “not necessary.” Meanwhile, in the village of Pavagada, children are going blind after being diagnosed with Lamellar Congenital cataract (a condition wherein the eye lenses are damaged). The local doctors attribute the child blindness to two factors—consanguineous marriages and the “fluoride content” of the water. LINK

 

A Little History—How a Toxic Poison Became “Safe”

In the 1920’s, aluminum manufacturing, due largely to the flourishing canning industry, was booming. But it was also a big producer of toxic waste, namely sodium fluoride. The biggest dilemma was the cost to safely dispose of this hazardous waste, since it was extremely expensive. A company in Pittsburgh, ALCOA, led by their founder and major stockholder, Andrew Mellon, had some “revolutionary” ideas of how to cut the costs of disposing of sodium fluoride.

Under EPA regulations, sodium fluoride was previously required to be disposed of in a landfill for toxic waste. However, Mellon got himself appointed Secretary of the Treasury which at that time was in charge of the US Public Health Services (PHS), and to make a long story short, without any studies, Mellon found a market for his toxic waste (and the toxic waste of the soon to emerge nuclear industry)—the municipal water supplies of the USA.

Under Mellon’s supervision, ALCOA-funded scientist Gerald J. Cox publicly declared that fluoride was good for your teeth, and in 1939, he proposed that the USA should fluoridate its water reservoirs. In essence, sodium fluoride was given the “green light” . . . not by a doctor, not by a dentist, but by a scientist who was working for the largest producer of fluoride in the entire country. I’m not joking, that’s how it all started!

At that time, the ADA and AMA were not yet on the take and they were screaming at Congress to stop this toxic assault. The Journal of the American Dental Association, in 1936 warned that “fluoride at the 1 ppm (part per million) concentration is as toxic as arsenic and lead.” In the 1940’s, countless studies proved conclusively that fluoride is toxic, causes cancer, damages the immune system, causes brain damage, and damages internal organs. But ALCOA, backed by the Military Industrial Complex, wanted a market for the waste created by the nuclear industry, promptly “classified” the incriminating results of each and every study.

They were bound and determined to make a profit from this toxic substance called sodium fluoride. In 1947, Oscar R. Ewing, a long-time ALCOA lawyer, was appointed head of the Federal Security Agency, a position that placed him in charge of the PHS. Under Ewing, a national water fluoridation campaign began. Bernays never strayed from his fundamental axiom to “control the masses without their knowing it.” He believed that the best “PR” occurs when the people are unaware that they are being manipulated. So, under Bernays’ spell, the popular image of fluoride (which at the time was being sold as bug and rat poison) became that of a beneficial provider of gleaming smiles, absolutely safe, and good for children. Any opponents were quickly and permanently engraved on the public mind as crackpots, quacks, and lunatics. In 1950, the government officially endorsed fluoridation, and today, over 70% of the nation’s reservoirs are fluoridated with almost 150,000 tons of sodium fluoride each and every year, despite the fact that it is a toxic waste and causes countless health problems.

In Summary

Truth be told, fluoride is a hazardous-waste by-product from aluminum, fertilizer, and the nuclear industries. But rather than paying to dispose of their hazardous waste, these companies are able to sell their waste to municipalities so they can drip it into our water and forcibly “mass-medicate” the entire population!
I am appalled at the prospect of using water as a vehicle for drugs. Fluoride is a corrosive poison that will produce serious damaging effects on a long term basis. Any attempt to use water this way is deplorable.

Crunches, sit-ups, side bends (and other common ab exercises) force you to bend and contort your body in unnatural ways.  This may come as a surprise, but your abs were NOT designed to crunch, twist, or bend.  In fact, it’s the complete opposite! 
The real role of your abdominal muscles is to PREVENT your mid-section from crunching, twisting, and bending.  That’s right, your abs are a stabilizing force designed to resist movement in order to protect your spine.
So even though you “feel the burn” when you do crunches and sit-ups, you’re actually putting unnecessary pressure on your back, causing more harm than good.  These ab exercises can cause lower back injuries by forcing your spine to bend too much, and they do very little to actually help you get a flat, tight stomach.
The key to getting sculpted abs is to burn off that stubborn layer of belly fat that’s hiding them.  On the next page, I’ll show you how to quickly burn away the “ab flab” so you can finally carve out those lean, ripped abs.
But first, here are the 5 WORST exercise mistakes you MUST stop making (if you want to crank up your metabolism so you can melt away stubborn body fat and KEEP it off)...

Doing Long Bouts of Cardio

Mistake #1: Doing Long Bouts of Cardio

If you’ve been doing cardio workouts to try and slim down, I have some alarming news…
Steady-state cardio (like jogging or doing the elliptical) increases the production of a stress hormone called cortisol.  Cortisol causes weight gain and makes it more difficult to burn off stubborn belly fat. 
That’s why no matter how much cardio you do, you can’t seem to raise your metabolism and you always hit a plateau eventually.
Even worse, too much cardio accelerates aging!  When you put your body under prolonged stress, you start producing free-radicals, which damages your cells and causes inflammation…and inflammation is what makes you OLD.  Yikes!
But, there is a RIGHT way to do cardio.  Stick with me because I’m going to reveal what you can do to get insane results in half the time of your regular cardio workout—without causing unnecessary stress on your joints. (Once you learn this simple trick, you’ll kick yourself for not doing it all along!)

Doing Isolated Exercises

Mistake #2: Doing Isolated Exercises

Doing isolated exercises (like bicep curls and tricep extensions) will NOT help you build lean muscle and get toned & fit.  When you do these “isolated” exercises, you’re only working one muscle at a time.  The problem is that these exercises do very little to increase your metabolism.
Here’s why:  In order to boost your metabolism, your heart rate has to be raised to a certain level.  But when you’re only working ONE muscle at a time, it’s virtually impossible to recruit enough muscle fibers to increase your heart rate significantly, so you’ll never be able to spike your metabolism or maximize your calorie burn.
If you want to slim down and tone up fast, you need to do exercises that stimulate as many muscles as possible at the same time.  On the next page, I’ll show you the most effective exercises that target every inch of your body—so you can replace flab with lean, defined muscle.

Using Gym Machines

Mistake #3: Using Gym Machines

Those big, shiny machines sure make the gym look high-end, but truthfully, the only thing they’re good for is for sitting down while you tie your shoes or catch your breath!
The problem is this: Machines alter the way your body naturally moves, restricting your range of motion. This severely limits your ability to fully activate all of your muscles fibers, which means less fat burning and less muscle toning.
Worse yet, machines can cause muscular imbalance and excessive strain on your joints, leading to nagging injuries down the road.
